Meet Rabia

I’m Rabia, a Yoga & Pilates Instructor, Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator, Mindset Coach and a Menopause Coaching Specialist. I enjoy being active and have a passion for nutrition, health and wellness, walks through nature and of course yoga. I use a holistic approach to help women navigate through challenges such as menopause, anxiety, stress and weight loss. Combining emotional, physical, spiritual and social practices to create tools and techniques to help you feel better.
